Lease & Transactions Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Knowledge and experience in handing real estate leasing and transactions for APAC countries
- Good understanding of real estate market for office, flex office and data centres co-location data centres
- Negotiations skills for real estate market
- Good understanding of financial aspects including capex, opex, I&E, IRR, ARO, etc
- All activities related to Lease transactions including
- Strategy approval
- SOR / NTP coordination
- Site selection
- Site review coordination
- BC & CF preparation and approval
- LLQ, TCO, legal coordination, etc
- Lease execution & circulation
- Coordination with RDC, Business, landlords & brokers
- Validation of payments
- All activities related to Portfolio update (including TRIRIGA & Box, etc )
- All activities related to Lease Administration and Management (LAM)
- All rental and other payments and SD recovery, reconciliation, etc
- All activities related to lease transactions such as reports, updates, follow-up, compliance, audits, process adherence, etc

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Corporate Real Estate Market knowledge in ASEAN Region
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Data centre
- Office leasing and flex office solutions

Required Education : Bachelor's Degree
