Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinator between event owners and the Graphics Department in the production of publicity and communications materials (ranging from E-notices to banners, corporate presentations to correspondences) for HQ’s various departments & Metta’s nine centres
- To manage the community partnership dept and work closely with all stakeholders including companies for their CSR programmes and events
- IC for Metta News, annual reports and Editorial Meetings
- To oversee design, planning and execution of all aspects of digital marketing and content management for Metta’s website, social media and media portals
- Media liaison / External publicity
- To work with team to brainstorm new and innovative fund raising events, working closely with the respective fund raising IC.
- To manage the co-ordination of the donation in kind with individual and corporate donors and centres’ needs.
- Develop fund-raising strategy for HQ & Centres
- Prepare reports and evaluate important metricstaht affect our website traffic, our marketing campaigns performance and fund raising events.
- To manage the donor’s database.
- Timely submission of yearly financial budget, including manpower and capital requirements
- Ensuring financial expenditure are within approved budget
- Achieve yearly KPI set in Balanced Score Card
- Prepare monthly reporting to Management and Executive Committee
- Evaluates staffs performance and conduct year end apprasials
- Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion
- Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that relevant training is obtained
- Provide support to IQC team for HQ
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of related experience
- Minimum Degree in public relations/ events management or equivalent.
- Experience in fund raising/ sales advantageous
- Having the passion to work in social service sector
- Ability to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, meticulous and responsible
