Senior Executive/ Manager, Healthcare Performance

Tampines, Singapore St Andrew's Community Hospital Full time

This role reports to the Head of HPIO to support the organization to support the hospital to align with National Standards of Healthcare and drive continuous improvement & innovation initiatives to improve quality of care, patients’ and staff’ experience, patient safety and overall productivity.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree qualification in Business/ Industrial Design/ Engineering/ Medicine/ Nursing/ Pharmaceutical Science.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly preferred.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting training.
- Excellent planning, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Personality traits: Highly motivated and self-driven with a positive can-do attitude and perseverance to overcome challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the SACH leadership to develop plans and ensure implementation continuous improvement and innovation programmes.
- Provide facilitation and advisory services for Rapid Improvement (RIE), Process Preparation (2P) and 6S events, projects and workshops.
- Provide guidance to a pool of in-house trained facilitators.
- Drive and provide secretary support for Value-based Care for identified medical conditions.
- Drive and support innovation and digitalization efforts.
- Collaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts such as organizing Quality Conferences and cross institutional improvement projects.
- Coordinate MOH, AIC or CGH initiated surveys (e.g. Patient Safety Culture Survey, Patient Experience Survey), analyze data and follow-up with improvement efforts.
- Any other tasks as assigned by HOD.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $7,500.00 per month
