Strategic and results-driven **Ecommerce Lead**/ Head of Ecommerce needed to lead the growth and success of our e-commerce direct-to-consumer (DTC) SME business.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Ecommerce strategy, ensuring smooth cross-functional teamwork, and optimizing the digital shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

This role will report directly to the CEO/Founder.

**YOUR NEW JOB**:

- Oversee Ecommerce operations and performance, collaborating closely with the founder.
- Develop & execute the overall Ecommerce strategy
- Drive digital & operational efficiency, ensuring the smooth functioning of all Ecommerce processes.
- Lead and mentor the Ecommerce team, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure Ecommerce targets are met, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between teams such as marketing, technology, and operations to enhance Ecommerce performance.
- Identify and implement new growth opportunities (e.g., new markets, new sales channels).
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to Ecommerce operations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, logistics providers) to enhance Ecommerce efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to maintain competitive advantage.

**WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU**:

- 8 years of proven experience within Ecommerce
- 3 years in leadership role directly managing team of 3 or more.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, Ecommerce platforms, and customer experience optimization.
- Keen knowledge of latest Ecommerce tools and technologies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
