At FrieslandCampina, eCommerce is a key focus area. In the past years we have grown massively across all our regions, with some markets already reaching 20% online contribution. With a clear strategy, center of excellence and strong global partnerships we are ready to accelerate even further. To be able to stay ahead of competition we are looking for an energetic, experienced and entrepreneurial Global eCommerce Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for our (global) partnerships (e.g. Lazada, Pandamart and Amazon), further development of the Digital Commerce Strategy and working closely with our markets (38+) to strengthen their capabilities and plans.
You will be part of the Global eCommerce Team and report directly to the Global Digital Commerce Director.
Vacancy Description:
**eCommerce Strategy**
- Responsible for the execution of the F&B Commercial, strategic and tactical eCommerce plan across Asia.
- Co-create F&B Campaign roadmaps for regional operating units and retailers and platforms in major categories
- Initiate and optimize eCommerce vision & roadmap and grow the solution over time to meet the future business need; bring in eCom knowledge for the region (via a.o. International Conferences)
- Support the definition, development and management of proper KPI framework to measure and track the eCommerce results and growth of effectiveness.
- Lead business reviews with Regional Head’s of eCommerce and follow up on Commercial KPI’s (12Q plans)
**Leadership & consultancy**
- Responsible for contracting and managing global partnerships with Retailers (or partners) and platforms active globally / in the regions (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Foodpanda and Amazon) and digital agencies & eCom enablers across operating units level.
- Ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects in the operating units
- Responsible for developing channel-specific consumer journey together with Global Teams (e.g. Family Nutrition) and Markets
- Develop a framework for local partnerships on operating unit level
- Implement campaign guidelines and playbooks to leverage scale at global/regional players
- Responsible for implementation of regional data exchanges (e.g. Customer and performance data) with operating units's Digital Marketing and eCom teams
- Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated
- Work with the eCommerce teams to optimize eCommerce fundamentals (e.g. ePerfect Store/TASC)
- Oversees regional eCom activities, anticipates (potential) problems and defines priorities. Advises and guides colleagues and gives feedback.
- Lead and further develop global Pure Player RTM across all regions and build Bricks & Clicks and Quick Commerce in the ASIA region. Ensure the latest trends, platforms, tools to inspire and infuse digital innovations in the eCommerce space are brought in.
**Capability building**:
- Responsible for Global BG eCommerce capability implementation, community building and sharing best practices in the Region
- Listen outside and bring in the latest trends, platforms, tools to inspire and infuse digital innovations in the Company; generate knowledge (conferences/travel etc.)
