**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a **Corporate Associate** who will primarily support our market-leading TMT team to join our newest Asian office. Whilst this role will be based in our Singapore office, the TMT associate will be key members of the Asia TMT team across the HSF network, working with colleagues and clients based in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong and China, as well as Malaysia and elsewhere.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-4 years Post-Qualification Experience;
- Experience across a range of TMT regulatory matters, e.g. telecoms regulatory, data privacy, e-commerce laws, fintech and digital assets, etc;
- IP experience and commercial contracting experience would be an advantage;
- An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset;
- Fluency in English required (spoken and written);
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel.
