The Singapore Corporate TMT Practice is looking for a talented associate to join their team. This is an exciting role for an Associate/Senior Associate looking to broaden their horizons and test themselves in a busy and growing office in our network. You will work in the team led by Mark Robinson and have the opportunity to support the Asia-wide TMT practice. You will have exposure to client development, matter management and interesting complex matters.

**_Skills, Experience and Qualifications: _**
- Demonstrable experience across a range of TMT matters from a leading top tier or international private practice environment;
- Prior technology transactions experience is essential;
- An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset;
- A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team;
- An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team;
