We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to join our JLL Technologies Core Engineering team. Our team’s priorities are:
To create awesome products for our Real Estate Management professionals and clients to provide better insights into their property investments

To enable our business leaders to become more data savvy and use data proactively for all aspects of our decision-making

What this job involves
As a Senior Technical Analyst at JLL Technologies, your responsibilities are to:
Work with the project team, stakeholders, and users to gather and analyse requirements.

Document requirements, such as writing and documenting acceptance criteria and descriptions in user stories. Construct workflow charts and diagrams.

Document and communicate with the development team on any detailed specifications arising from requirements, conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Effectively communicate your insights and plans to a cross-cultural and cross-functional team and management.

Ensure that the proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Provide support in performing QA testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed.

Ensure that features developed by team are fulfilling the established acceptance criteria.

Create and maintain documentation on the business processes of the system

Prioritizing features based on business needs and requirements.

Technical Skills & Competencies

**Mandatory**:
Excellent communication skills and have an attention to detail

Open-minded and good interpersonal skills

Able to work well in a team and can work independently on work items

Able to present your ideas in a cohesive and logical way

Microsoft Office Suite

Diagramming tool (such as Diagrams.net, Visio, or LucidChart)

**Preferable**:
Work item tracking software such as Jira, Azure DevOps

Experience in Agile methodologies with a good understanding of Scrum ceremonies and CICD Process

**Good to have**:
Able to make basic SQL queries to extract reports

Education and experience
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required

(5+) years of relevant/professional experience is required
