Purpose

The role of a Senior Technical Business Analyst for Modern Workplace (End-User Computing (EUC), Desktop SOE, Applications, SSO, Coles Team Member migrations) is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements in the context of end-user devices setup, deployment, Coles Transition and operations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders from both the business and technical teams to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans and solutions to support the Modern Workplace implementation and transition from Coles Express.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and understand requirements for Modern Workplace (End-User Computing) devices, build, setup, configuration, transition and operations.
- Solution Design: Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design documents for Modern Workplace services.
- Infrastructure Evaluation: Work with Modern Workplace / End-User-Computing specialists and Architects to assess different Modern Workplace requirements covering Software Operating Environment, Devices (Laptops, IPADS) to determine the most optimal setup and management.
- Modern Workplace Transition Planning: Collaborating with technical teams to plan and execute Modern Workplace setup, including configuration and asset management requirements for all devices, software and services for above Stores Team Members to transition from Coles to Viva.
- Ensuring that technical solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, including security governance and compliance.
- Identifying gaps in the existing infrastructure and recommending solutions that improve performance, reliability, and security.
