Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction

Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns

Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required

**Qualifications**:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

1-3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Results-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B or B2C sales

Familiarity with sales reporting, forecasting, or pipeline management

Previous work in [industry—e.g., tech, real estate, finance, etc.]
