**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and manage appointments using the salon's booking system.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Effectively communicate salon services, promotions, and product information.
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing paperwork.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of salon supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
- **Payment Processing**:

- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Generate invoices and receipts for services rendered.
- Reconcile daily transactions and report discrepancies.
- **Telemarketing**:

- Proactively engage in outbound telemarketing to promote salon services and special promotions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through telemarketing efforts.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients for targeted marketing.
- **Appointment Coordination**:

- Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients.
- Manage the appointment calendar and make adjustments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry.
- Telemarketing experience with a demonstrated ability to generate leads.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using salon management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
