**Take ownership for delivering complex projects**
As the APACI Regional Quality Leader, you will play a vital role managing the quality processes required for compliant delivery of Subsea Production Systems in Asia Pacific & India in accordance with the BH Quality Policy. Also to ensure conformance with Regulatory, Customer and BH Global requirements and expectations. Manage and review the quality of processes within the APACI SPS business to ensure improvement and effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for:
- Actively driving Flawless Execution in accordance with the BH Quality Policy.
- Being champion and implement QHSE requirements and initiatives in accordance with leadership expectations. Lead development of Interdependent Culture.
- Ensuring Compliance & Integrity are non-negotiable requirements for successful business performance.
- Providing support necessary to successfully execute SPS requirements within the region.
- Driving reduction in the Cost of Poor Quality.
- Ensuring customer specified requirements are achieved.
- Ensuring conformance to requirements inclusive of validating effectiveness and promoting improvement of SPS activities in the APACI region.
- Ensuring alignment to BH business objectives working closely with global and regional stakeholders.
- Implementing key global Quality frameworks within the region.
- Proactively contributing to global Quality frameworks and processes.- Supporting internal BH site audits and external audits for SPS projects as necessary.
- Implementing risk mitigation actions and activities for SPS projects (e.g. Readiness reviews).
- Implementing remedial action plans to eliminate non-conformance and validate effectiveness of improvement actions.
- Supporting Customer Issue Resolution initiatives.
- Contributing to new business initiatives and projects. Review such initiatives and projects for risk and impact specific to the APACI region and effectively communicate the same to stakeholders.
- Conducting / facilitating RCA / NCA.
- Coaching APACI team members on compliant implementation of QMS tools and techniques.
- Interfacing with site QMS and Manufacturing leads to ensure alignment of deliverables and quality expectations to SPS.
- Supporting a culture of Defect Free Days and Improvement throughout the organization.
- Monitoring and implementing Quality Key Performance Indicators as defined by the business.
- Actively driving resolution and improvement of Key Quality Issues.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have relevant Manufacturing/Engineering degree, diploma preferred or 10+ years of related industry experience in a similar role
- Have certified ISO9001 or equivalent lead auditor is preferred
- Have attended Lean/ Six Sigma training is preferred
- Have attended RCA/ NCA training is preferred
- Have minimum seven (7) years of relevant working experience in a Quality management role (e.g. Quality Manager EPCI Projects, Quality Manager Manufacturing Facility, QMS Lead).
- Have experience in implementing Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO9001, APIQ1, APIQ2)
- Have Quality Management System auditing experience and managing audit programmes
- Have working experience with Root Cause Analysis Tools/Techniques/ Six Sigma/ Lean concepts
- Have a detailed understanding of ISO9001 or equivalent standards
- Have experience with communication (written and verbal) to all levels of the business
- Have well developed interpersonal & communication skills
- Have ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
- Have good understanding of the interdependency of various business functions within SPS
- Be self motivated and able to manage competing priorities
- Have demonstrated understanding of Quality processes and Management systems
- Be well developed written, verbal and presentation skills
- Be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.
