Logistics Assistant or Procurement Assistant

**Duties and Tasks**:
- Assist the Manager of Freight & Distribution SEA in running the day-to-day Operational Process
- Provide administrative support for check in of inwards consignments and entry into SAP ERP
- Assist with bin location, lot & serial number tracking, and first expire and first out stock rotation (FEFO) via SAPB1 ERP system
- Assisting with the management of inventory and logistics services (inventory reconciliation between 3PL WMS & SAPB1 systems)
- Assisting with transportation damage reporting and raising of claims
- Processing of outbound consignments and tracking shipments
- Review of invoice costs and validation against agreed rates
- Assisting with filing and document saving systems
- Day to day data entry and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain a clean working environment
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Must have well developed computer skills and Excel capability
- Previous experience with ERP/WMS system required
- Previous experience with SAP system highly regarded
- Previous experience in transportation or warehouse environment highly regarded
- High attention to detail is a must
