Direct Electronic Procurement Specialist

We're looking for a driven procurement professional to lead electronic manufacturing services (EMS) operations and drive cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EMS partners to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets.
  • Lead cost reduction through strategic sourcing and lean practices.
  • Expedite suppliers and resolve material shortages to ensure on time delivery.
  • Mitigate E&O through analysis and proactive planning.
  • Collaborate globally across functions to drive results.
  • Take initiative and make decisions aligned with performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in EMS/contract manufacturing, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering category, planning, logistics, and operations.
  • Program management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and working across cultures.
