**Her Rise Above Program**
- Oversee the development and management of the program including coordinating with different stakeholders, managing volunteers and ladies on our program to ensure the progress of the program
- Identify & response to opportunities, resources and partners to improve or grow the capacity of the Her Rise Above programme and maximize our impact to the community we serve
- Provide assistance and resources in helping the ladies' home businesses, particularly when business or learning opportunities arise
- Oversee content, logistics and communications associated with the program's website and social media
- Assist in the collection of data that is required for monitoring and evaluation the Her Rise Above program
- Manage the budget for Her Rise Above allocated by KRF Ltd or other grantors, including grants disbursement to ladies on the program and reporting to the grantors
- Manage an intern/lady from the community who can assist with weekly coordination of mentorship sessions and logistics during busy periods such as Deepavali and Christmas

**KRF Grant Management**
- Contribute to the overall development of KRF collaborating with other strategic initiatives and organization-wide operational efforts
- Assist with monitoring KRF grantee activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the inoutcomes on a regular basis
- Research on potential organizations, grants, and investments for funding consideration
- Assist in preparing relevant reports - Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Reviews and disseminating information to other stakeholders
- Ensure that documents are updated, appropriately filed and kept
- Support other operational activities of the organization as they evolve. This can include events management, hiring support and other related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- At least 3-5 years' experience in foundations, NPOs or social impact organizations
- Fresh Graduates can be considered if they show relevant work experience and a strong passion for the non-profit sector
- Some experience of financial management, impact evaluation and budget monitoring
- Good IT skills including ability to work on spreadsheet, word processing and power point
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Desire and ability to roll-up-your sleeves with a can-do attitude and learn new skills, attention to detail and able to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Chinese speaking is preferred

**Commitment, Compensation and Conditions**
- Reporting to the Philanthropy Director
- Salary dependent on experience and qualifications
- 1 year full-time contract; if deliverables are successfully met, this role will become permanent

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
