**This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), **a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.**
- Collaborates closely with the management and builds relationships with key internal stakeholders to facilitate Human Resources Partnership.
- Partners with the Senior Management Team, acting as their main point of contact for all people-related issues and building a deep understanding of the company's strategy.
- Work with the POSH HRBP to spearhead new HR initiatives to prepare the organization for future growth and change.
- Act as Business Partner to the line managers and supervisors and work closely with them to roll out the HR initiatives.
- Assist in developing and initiating Talent Management programs.
- Identify and implement people development initiatives to groom future leaders and hi-potentials.
- Assist in overhauling the performance management process, including reviewing the performance appraisal forms, promotion criteria, salary gradings, career mapping, etc.
- Assist in analyzing salary and benefits data and trending for union negotiation.
- Provide stewardship in employee engagement activities and any other identified new HR initiatives.
- Support the department in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, plans, processes, and programs to align with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
- Work with other department heads/COEs to consolidate, collate and rollout out global programs.
- Work with HR Operations and Rewards teams to facilitate global initiatives' design, implementation, and fulfilment.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7-9 plus years of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience with demonstrated experience providing effective business partner support to both local and global-based assigned stakeholders.
- Knowledge of human resources and applicable local labour laws
- Strong skill set in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to integrate HR and business strategies
- Ability to develop recommendations and solutions that meet the needs of employees as well as the company
- Effective internal consulting, collaboration and influencing skills sets required
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast‐paced and high‐volume environment
