Purpose
The Snr/ Manager (Learning & Development) will drive the planning and administration of group level learning and functional development programmes, ensuring that the appropriate training is aligned to the Group's talent management philosophy and practices. The role will report to Snr GM Talent Management.
Learning Partner to HR Team
- Partner with HR function stakeholders to understand and identify learning needs, recommend different learning intervention according to scenarios.
- Solicit stakeholders’ inputs, formulating annual group learning plan (core, personal effectiveness, functional skills at group level), budget planning, monitor expenses.
- Run various employee recognition program to encourage organization’s core value and leadership behaviours.
- Develop processes, provide regular Organization wide Learning and Development activity consolidation, updates, sustainability data, data analysis and recommendations.
Employee Career & Growth
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to own, maintain an existing Career and Growth Portal with employee facing learning information.
- Create high standard, user friendly EDMs and communications of learning, career and growth programs.
- Source and collaborate with external partners (existing and new ones) to develop learning workshops, programs to improve and enhance capability offerings.
- Support the implementation of group level leadership development initiatives and related programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to design and facilitate group level onboarding program.
- With support of team member, ensure maintenance of training records, reporting, review and analyse training effectiveness.
Leaning Management System
- Work with HRIS and IT to develop user case for Learning Management Module implementation and user change management and communications.
Singapore Workforce Development
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years learning and development experience, preferably come from conglomerate business environment (Group and Business Units organization setting)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge in L&D programme designing and development, well-verse on technologies and tools in different channels and platforms.
- Preferably experienced in implementation of Leaning Management Module and e-learning platforms
- Strong in program marketing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and comfortable in navigating through ambiguity
- Key stakeholders for the role are CHRO, Snr GM Talent Management, Group Leadership Development, Snr Manager, Leadership Development and various Heads of HR of Business Units/ Corp Function.
- The role will manage and be supported by 2 headcounts
