We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Associate Corporate Banking Manager - Commercial Banking.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- To manage existing portfolio of customers as well as bring in new relationships to the bank in the Wholesale Trade, Commodities and Supply Chain
- To achieve revenue growth in both existing as well as incremental revenues from new to bank relationships with strong focus in Trade products and propositions, e.g. Supply Chain Financing and Receivables Financing, Trade Working Capital loans
- Manages relationship with internal stakeholders including Risk and various other product partners
- Support achievement of the team vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and agreeing performance expectations, completing the necessary mandatory training and developing the levels of capability and competence needed to be effective in the role
- Contribute to team development, effectiveness and success by sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment
- Suggest ideas and contribute to implementing actions that will improve quality or the way teams and individuals work together
- Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities, and raise any concerns about actual or potential issues promptly, in line with reporting and escalation procedures

**Requirements**:

- Relevant years of Relationship Manager experience in the Wholesale Trade and Supply Chain sectors (preferred but not a must)
- Ability to demonstrate insight and industry knowledge in the sector
- Relevant corporate banking with strong credit analytical skills in the sector with client facing roles
- Preferred degree in Finance, Economics or Accountancy
- Ability to work as a team player
