F&b Ops Admin Support

**Job Summary**
The role will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to the F&B Operations Head and Executive Chef.
- Coordinating and managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for F&B Operations Head and Executive Chef, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and maintaining and documenting accurate records and files.
- Manages communications, draft correspondence, and other business memoranda, creates presentations, proofreads, edits and formats business documents, schedules meetings and coordinates office functions.
- Schedules departmental meetings, takes and distributes minutes, and arranges/attends sub-committee meetings as required.
- Assisting in implementing operational procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations in the F&B department.
- Assist Operations Head and Executive Chef in managing inventory control and monitoring stock levels.
- Providing support in the planning and execution of F&B events.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all F&B-related matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Follows up on implementing the policies and procedures of food and beverage service with the various stakeholders.
- Prepare, assemble, and distribute various reports and documents. Function as an administrative link to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information respectively.
- Establish and maintain various filing/records/database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate.

- Minimum education of Vocational diploma in any discipline.

**Skills and Knowledge**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Work well under pressure.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
