Summary
We are searching for a meticulous & motivated individual for the position of Specialist, Rostering You will be part of the Flight Ops Rostering team and will be the key personnel in planning and monitoring of Flight Crew Training Requirements.
**Job Description**:
Training Administration
- Arranging crew interviews and appointments (post incidents, checks, remedial and re-engagement training).
- Track progress and completion of remedial and re-engagement training.
- To coordinate and monitor new Instructor training.
- To monitor Instructor qualifications and expiries.
- To monitor Instructor audit requirements.
- Record Line check overall scores on relevant platforms.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Analyzing data from rostering system to monitor and ensure training is planned and executed as efficiently as possible.
E-Learning Administration
- Content creation of online courses for Flight Crew as required by FOPS.
- Troubleshooting and solving issues faced by Flight crew on learning platform.
- Ensure E-Learning courses completion by Flight Crew before course deadline.
- Provide the necessary support for Flight Crew to the relevant courses.
Regulatory Requirements
- Plan and publish simulator training and line training for both fleets whose renewal are due.
- Ensure all qualifications are within their validity period.
- Liaise with fellow Training Administrator for co-ordination of changes to training requirements before roster publication.
- Liaise with FOTS Training Managers for co-ordination of approvals for crew to proceed on to next phases of training.
- Monitor training progress for all crew undergoing training.
Administration
- Minute taking at meetings, and subsequent follow up.
- Processing invoices for Training Department.
- Planning and coordinating meetings such as Instructor meeting, AMA sessions, Fleet dialogue sessions etc.
- Assist in planning of workshops and travel.
- Raise Purchase Orders for all training related invoices.
- Raise Promotions/Upgrades for Instructors where required.
- Assist Rostering Manager with Contract management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
- Diploma holders in aviation related disciplines with relevant years of work experience in similar capacities will also be considered.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience, background in airlines business is advantage.
- Able to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn and operate complex aviation scheduling software.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with people at all levels.
- Experiences working on AIMS or other Airline Operating System will be an advantage.
- Experiences in aviation rostering/training planning will be an advantage.
- Experiences in aviation related roles with exposure to ANR rules will be an advantage.
