**About the Team**
Doctor Anywhere's Provider Relations team is a crucial component. We focus on expanding our presence and partnerships with pharmacies, hospitals, and medical centers. This helps to ensure our healthcare services are accessible to a greater coverage for our users across primary and specialist care.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly-organised **Senior Executive / Executive, Rostering** **who will be responsible for effective planning and tracking of the roster for our doctors across all DA clinics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations.
This role reports directly to the Manager, Provider Management.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and administer doctors’ rosters on a timely basis, following the prescribed requirements
- Ensure that all clinics are appropriately and fully staffed by qualified doctors
- Liaise with locum doctors for last-minute cover in the event that previously scheduled doctor is on urgent leave
- Attend to queries from doctors on rostering and leave matters
- Build and maintain relationships with clinic professionals and internal stakeholders to better administer the rostering process
- Validate doctors’ rosters in Time Attendance system to ensure accuracy
- Review the doctors’ video consultations performance indicators and escalate if there is non-compliance
- Perform any other duties as assigned
**About you**
- Previous experience in roster management (or operational and planning work) will be advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities with time pressure
- Excellent communicator who is comfortable working independently and also in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/GSuite with working knowledge of Excel/GSheet required
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
