**Job Title: Airline GSA (General Sales Agent) Manager**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the GSA team to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote airline services in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and sales agreements with partners and clients.
- Coordinate and support GSA activities including ticketing, reservations, and customer service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the airline at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in airline sales, GSA management, or travel industry sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of airline distribution systems (GDS, ticketing, reservations).
- Strategic thinker with an ability to develop growth plans.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
