Airline Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities - Responsible for managing all operational commercial activities and solutions including: contract document management, contract performance management, contract change management, contract growth/scope management, sub-contractor /partner contract management, supplier standard T&Cs, customer/subcontractor/supplier contract negotiations - Lead strategic account development plans thereby maximizing development and growth opportunities - Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share in consultation with the Sales Managers or other team members of respective airlines - Responsible for making commercial contracts, agreements, and activities within the Aviation Industry - Monitor and analyze individual airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions - Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed - Determine the growth opportunities to ensure effective sales and market coverage.

Requirements - Familiar with GDS - Solid airline industry knowledge, corporate travel preferred - Superior business acumen and analytical skills - Strong negotiation skills - Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work independently - At least 3 years of working experience in the airline industry - Excellent executive-level presentation and cross-functional communication skills. - Excellent social skills - Bachelor’s degree or above - Willingness to travel
