**What a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager does at Visa**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Market Support Center (Hub) Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the Southeast Asia Talent Acquisition team to achieve exceptional hiring results.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Accountability: Serve as a senior talent advisor, bringing market knowledge and a strong understanding of our business, to influence hiring teams on recruitment strategy and execution.
- Integrated Talent Agenda: Partner with HR Business Partners and the Talent Management team to execute an integrated talent strategy that supports our business goals.
- Innovation and Improvement: Identify TA training opportunity areas and create scalable solutions to help improve and up-skill the broader recruiting team. Consistently analyze data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work, and establish operational efficiencies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity initiatives, driving efforts to increase the diversity of our teams and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to Executive Management, influencing talent-related decision-making with actionable intelligence.
- This role is ideal for someone with a blend of agency and in-house recruitment experience, who is highly consultative and enjoys making a strategic impact on business outcomes.

**Projects you will be a part of**:

- Building strong business capability across Southeast Asia
- Piloting new tools to streamline recruitment processes
- Designing new and innovative recruitment processes

**Qualifications** What you will need**:

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in both an agency and in house environment
- Proven leadership in developing and managing in-house recruitment teams, delivering end-to-end recruiting
- Consultative, strategic, and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder management
- To be highly organised and structured in the way you approach your work

**What will also help**:

- Experience working in a large multi-national environment
- Experience recruiting within Sales, Consulting or Product Management
