The **Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition** is a player-coach position who will mentor and manage our APJ recruiting team across all functions at Anaplan. This role will lead a high-performing recruiting team, grow the function, and be an integral part of the Global TA leadership team. Drive key relationships with executive leaders and provide insights, mentorship, and forecasting to help deliver hiring strategy and drive increased execution within region.

**Your Impact**:

- Lead hiring for all functions within the APJ region.
- Empower the existing team of dedicated Senior Recruiters toward success and career growth.
- Be an SME on the talent market for hiring with a solid working knowledge of key global markets across the APJ region.
- Own and drive partnership across HR with HRBP's, Total Rewards, and HR Ops professionals.
- Stay on top of recruiting and market trends. Collaborate cross functionally to align our approach for maximum efficiency and success.
- Partner closely with Finance, and Functional Operations, to drive alignment on goals, status, challenges, and execution plan.
- Drive the sourcing strategy, deliver high emphasis on sourcing & drive a repeatable, scalable sourcing strategy

**Your Qualifications**:

- Deep expertise in recruiting, with expert-level SME regarding hiring talent in APJ.
- Demonstrable experience as an in-house customer facing recruiter, within a comparable, global high growth technology organization
- Broad exposure to professional and or leadership hiring
- Proven track record of results including through direct sourcing strategies
- Expertise in high growth environments with constant change and fast pace.
- History of working cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Finance, function operations, HR Ops, HR leadership, exec leadership, etc.
- Demonstrable track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing outstanding recruiting teams.
- Ability to drive increased awareness and develop compelling strategies for DE&I hiring.
