Sales Support Executive

Compile leads and delegate them to the sales team
- Prepare sales documents, including quotations based on customer requests, invoices, and other documents
- Attend to customers’ queries via various platforms such as phone calls, social media, walk-ins, and WhatsApp
- Track customers’ requests and ensure follow-up
- Listen to customers’ concerns, handle complaints and resolve issues
- Handle administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling appointments with clients, highlighting low inventory for fast-moving stocks, and generating reports
- Providing assistance to other departments as needed
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Skills, Qualifications, Education Requirements, Etc.
- Strong with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Highly meticulous and accurate
- Responsible and organized work ethics
- Committed to completing each day’s task so as to prevent build-up and customer complaints
- Minimum 3 years of experience with administration and coordination work

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
