We are looking for a **Country Manager, Singapore** to be based in our Singapore office.

Reporting to the SEA Regional Director, he / she will manage the activities of professional direct sales or technical sales positions and attain sales objectives for Singapore. He / She will be also be responsible for managing the direct sale of products or services in Singapore.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manages the activities of professional direct sales or technical sales positions
- Attains sales objectives for branch/area.
- Manages the direct sale of products or services in a limited geographic area, or responsible for a limited industry or product line on a geographic basis
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
- Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
- Manages activities of two or more departments
- Through subordinate managers who exercise full supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinate managers
- Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation
- Involves in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have companywide effect
- Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise

**Requirements**:

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years management experience
- Having wide-ranging management experience. Resolves complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Bachelor’s degree a must
- Solid expertise in Industry Knowledge as well as Software business
- Expertise on our products is a plus. w strong expertise in Prospecting & New Customer Development being a strong requirement, w expertise in Project / Implementation Management and sales fundamentals with a basic level of expertise in Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research)
- Experience with diverse teams and building strong work with government entities and the community is a requirement
- Exhibits proficiency and personal accountability for business/project performance and meeting customer needs.
- Exceptional listening, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
