We are seeking a talented and highly organized Content Studio Manager/Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing and managing our in-house Content Studio across planning and production, for all of our business verticals. You'll have full ownership of the Production Plan, covering written, video and visual design content projects, ensuring their successful execution from conception to completion. You will work closely with strategists and specialists to deliver high-quality content that aligns with our business goals and engages our target audience. **What you'll do**: Project Management: - Manage our content workflow (as Scrum Manager) to ensure the timely delivery of assets. - Liaise closely with strategic and creative stakeholders to ensure briefs align with business objectives. - Assign resources for each project, plan the workflow, and oversee the production cycle to the finest detail. - Conduct regular status meetings, check-ins, and project reviews to provide updates on project progress and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders. Content Production: - Be highly hands-on with the planning and production cycle for video, design and written content, (you will play the producer role). - Act as a co-owner and partner to content creators, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and maintain alignment with project objectives. - Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, including written, video and visual design content. Team Development: - Support the overall growth and development of the content production capability across the company, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices. **What you'll need**: - Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently. - A solid understanding of the creative process, including video production. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills. - Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing content teams or related roles. - Established knowledge of digital technologies and platforms, including familiarity with the latest trends in content production and distribution. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience with Scrum. - Ability to work independently with stakeholders, managing the end-to-end content production process from concept to implementation. - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, enjoying interaction with partners in all functions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and sell concepts to diverse audiences. - Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create consensus among stakeholders.
