A Content Producer performs the hybrid duties and responsibilities of content production—from storyboarding to shoot, styling, and post-production—, and working with both the Account and Creative teams in the development of content approaches, based on their knowledge and translation of the client’s brand identity and needs. Collaborate with the Lead Producer in conceptualisation, ideation, and detailing of creative approaches and execution.

**Job Description**:

- Lead discussions, ideation, and execution of content angles, ideas, and visual directions alongside our team of Account Executives, Creative and Production teams
- Support the Lead Producer and delegated teams on Creative Pitching, specifically in contributing content angles and ideas to the developed Content Pillars
- Provide insights, knowledge and expertise in Content Production, across current trends, market and platform understanding, pre-production, production, and post-production, for both in-house and Client work
- Refine all aspects of content production on delegated accounts, inclusive of conducting research, analysis, and optimisation of the Client’s brand, existing content if any, and markets, to develop effective content pieces that meet both the Client and Agency’s objectives
- Attend and oversee selected production shoots to ensure quality and accuracy of content, where required, and contribute basic guidelines and instructions on achieving the desired Art Direction and Styling of shots
- Provide clear, detailed written descriptions and explanations of contributed content angles, ideas, and pieces
- Develop content plans and calendars covering key content touch-points, strategy and/or narratives with our team of Accounts Executives on delegated accounts
- Employee is expected to work on delegated accounts and projects from clients in both Thailand and Singapore, alongside the Agency’s full team across Singapore and Thailand
- Adopt a collaborative approach and workflow processes to working with the Agency’s colleagues, clients, and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Markeing/Mass Communications/Design Communication
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
- Experience in Web production
- Great communication skill and Proactive working attitude
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
