**Content Producer (Projects)**

**Start date**: Immediate
**Salary**: Based on experience

Think Tank Studio is looking for a Content Producer (Projects).

**Core responsibilities**

1. **CONTRIBUTE **to the conceptualisation and execution of content across different projects and platforms
- Plan and be responsible for the content and quality of content pieces for both internal and external work, ensuring the timely and successful submission of work
- Provide insights on industry or project-related topics through online sources, interviews, and studies
- Develop content for various mediums and generate ideas for articles and stories with the writing staff
- Produce, write, edit and oversee content production in various formats (e.g. podcasts, explainer videos, interactive articles)
- Create compelling headlines and body copy to capture the attention of the target audience
- Edit and re-write articles and stories, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writers for revision
- Identify audiences’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content
- Proofread and copywrite for any other Company-related publications or projects

2. **LEAD **in the account management and execution of our projects
- Craft pitches and proposals to attain new projects for the company
- Implement projects from start to end by developing plans and coordinating with designers, writers, and project partners to ensure timely execution of work that upholds the production standards of the company
- Build relationships with our clients by providing service that helps them experience a greater level of satisfaction with the company’s work, fostering trust and goodwill with all our external partners
- Practice operational excellence by maintaining detailed project records for account maintenance
- Elevate and uphold the production standards of the projects unit
- Work closely under the dictates of the Company Managers and Directors and handle any other Company-related matters as may arise or assigned

**General**
- You must have the ability to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively

**Team Structure**:The Content Producer will work under the direct supervision of the Projects Lead as part of the Projects unit
