**About this role**:

- Weekly planning of social media calendars for owned channels: Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube
- Develop/enhance creative strategy for social channels to achieve growth in followers, optimise engagement and build superfans
- Daily curation of content on social media platforms, i.e. overseeing postings on the above-mentioned platforms that are aligned to our/our artists’ brand identity
- Ownership over content production including graphic designing and video editing (both short and long-form)
- Supervision of interns in the aspect of content production
- Develop content capture ideas for artists as well as external KOLs to contribute to the overall marketing plans
- Assist the Marketing team with other activities as required including promo tours and other events, as well as manage brand/media partnerships

**Desirable Traits**:

- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the music or entertainment fields
- Expert, native user of social media platforms with a deep understanding of the role of effective storytelling through engaging content
- Pop culture savvy and adept in social media trends
- Advanced proficiency in graphic designing and video editing skills
- Degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Excellent communication skills and good internal and external stakeholder management
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot under high-pressure situations
