1. Content Production Management: Oversee the entire content production pipeline, from initial briefing and concept approval to final delivery and archiving. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for various content projects, particularly video and multimedia assets. Coordinate with internal teams (Art Directors, Senior Graphic Designers, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Video Editors, Content Executives) and external vendors (e.g., specialized videographers, photographers, voice-over artists) to ensure seamless production. 2. Video & Multimedia Content Leadership: Lead and manage the production of video content, including planning, scripting (in collaboration with Copywriters), shooting (for local mobile shoots in Singapore), and post‐production. Act as the primary point of contact for video projects, ensuring creative vision is maintained throughout the production process. Oversee the quality and technical specifications of all video and multimedia deliverables. 3. Creative & Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the Art Director and Social Media Marketing Team Lead to ensure all content produced aligns with the approved social media roadmap, creative concepts, and overall marketing strategy. Provide practical input during creative ideation sessions, advising on feasibility, production timelines, and resource requirements for proposed ideas. Ensure all content effectively communicates the client's brand message and resonates with target audiences across different markets. 4. Quality Control & Optimization: Conduct thorough reviews of all content assets to ensure they meet creative briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications for each platform. Work with Social Media Analysts and the Social Media Executive to understand performance data and apply learnings to optimize future content production. Ensure content is optimized for various digital channels, including file sizes, aspect ratios, and platform‐specific features. 5. Resource & Asset Management: Manage and organize all content assets, ensuring they are properly tagged, stored, and easily accessible for future use. Identify and manage necessary equipment, software, and tools for content production. Maintain an up‐to‐date understanding of production costs and efficiency best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
