**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for identifying work areas that can be supported by video content as well as to conceptualise videos for corporate branding and promote product awareness
- Produce engaging, high quality videos and digital media content
- Script, shoot, edit and publish captivating long form and short form videos. These can range from marketing to instructional videos as well as motion graphics for social media.
- Research and learn about company’s history, background, operations and products to support Media, Training and Operations departments
- Work closely with cross functional teams to generate and brainstorm engaging ideas
- Coordinate and plan all pre-production and filming activities and manage calendar of video content
- Conceptualise and produce a range of other media products for internal and external communications

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in Film and Media Studies
- Minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end video production
- Minimum 5 years experience in Final Cut Pro/After Effects/Premiere Pro & Photoshop
- Good knowledge of lighting and camera technical skills
- Working knowledge of creating motion graphics/animation/design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mindset - Ability to think critically, break down problems, adaptable and resilient in finding solutions to complex problems
- Effective team player and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of various social media trends for video content
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
