The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative and resourceful senior content producer that is passionate about short form content creation and vision storytelling to join our team in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce, source, manage and execute production as well as delivery of video content, i.e. short narratives, case study videos, TVC adaptation, behind-the-scenes interviews, etc.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinate day-to-day content production activities to help ensure quality on-time delivery
- Direct all production efforts (Scripting, casting, shooting, editing, etc)
- Negotiate best prices, terms and contracts with external production vendors
- Strategize with creative teams from a production perspective and identify opportunities

**Requirements**:

- 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in the media industry and video production
- Well-versed with all processes involved in a production lifecycle
- Resourceful, energetic, smart reliable, open and fearless problem-solver
- Possess strong project management skills with an ability to juggle concurrent projects simultaneously
- Strong in ideation and conceptualisation with continuous curiosity about what’s new and what’s fresh in the video/media landscape
- Effective communicator with high professional competency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the online video landscape and formats
- Independent and self-driven personality for a start-up environment
- A growth-seeking individual and team-player (professionally and personally) who takes responsibility for their successes and failures.
- Someone with a good sense of empathy, who connects easily with individuals from all walks of life in order to move teams and projects forward together
- Someone confident of leading junior teammates towards the creation of excellent work.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow the vertical in business and team size
