**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a Content Producer to join our growing team. The ideal Content Producer is someone passionate about games and productions, and delivering technology and prototype experiences to help our users close the gap and level up their creative and technical capabilities to ship fun and successful games.

You will work with several different outlead studios to lead activities across different projects, to continuously improve and adapt our development processes to enhance quality and efficiency of our content production pipeline.

Key responsibilities include supporting the production and development team in the creation of high-quality visual content while meeting time and budget constraints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with global development teams to develop and plan work schedules based on project goals
- Supervise progress of work, collaborate with internal and external groups and provide project status reports and feedback to your teams
- Remove roadblocks so that the teams can perform at their optimum and be accountable for their overall results.
- Work with the leads to define and scope the content required from outsourced vendors
- Setup and define the pipeline as well as delivery schedule for outsourcing and ensure vendor deliver on time and on budget
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking by regularly sharing updates to team leads, connect with all parties involved

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Project Management or Project Coordination in games development or production industry
- Experience (and love) for building and maintaining team performance
- Previous experience managing a SCRUM process
- Proven experience in working with broad cross-functional teams

**Bonus Points**:

- Excellent usage of project management tools (MS Office, Airtable, Lucid Chart, etc.)
- Good knowledge and passion for production tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)
- A data-driven decision making approach
