What You Will Do:
- Oversee the procurement for overseas construction and facility management projects, IT equipment, Software and other services, including but not limited to sourcing, vendor evaluation, tender, contract negotiation, etc.
- Develop and maintain the procurement metrics (performace, benchmarking & SLAs).
- Lead all external contract management including contract development, contract negotiation, contract signing, contract execution and follow-up.
- Quickly adapt to the local supply market and expand our vendor pool. Lead supplier life-cycle management such as verification, evaluation and relationship management, etc.
- Inventory management for both IT and Non-IT products, and maintaining accurate purchasing record.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain or any equivalent experience.
- Comfortable and capable to use English and Mandarin to liaise with teams (oral and written).
- 3+ years of related experience, familiar with procure to pay, end to end process and related systems.
- Excellent skills in communication, decision-making, negotiation, and team coordination.
