HR Data Administrator

**Responsibilities**
**Data Management**
- Maintain HR Data, ensure accuracy and credibility of data in HCM
- Provide first level of analysis on HR Data through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources
- Provide insights & reporting of data into succint, actionable insights for Key HR Activities
- Provide support to audit HR transactional data inside the HR Database and HRIS
- Management of Organization Charts
- Management of Job Description depository
**HRIS Support**
- Process general HR requests, driven by the IB policies within specified time frame.
- Process employee data and process in HRIS
- Process incoming requests relating to position management, benefits, leave, payroll, recruitment and learning and development
- Follow up on open issues and notifications relating to position management, benefits, leave, payroll, recruitment and learning and development
**Adherence to IB Processes and Policy**
- Maintaining sources of information regarding processes and policies such as the Employee Handbook
- Identifying exceptions and provide a rationale in order for HR Head and business leader to be approved and recorded
- Keep up to date with local and global legislative changes, addressing those in the relevant meetings/settings
**Process Mapping & Documentation**
- Maintain and Update user guides for HRIS
- Maintain and update process maps for HR and HCM processes
**HR Support & Projects**
- Reporting for QBR, Board Meetings and Adhoc management Request
- Support Head of HR Singapore and Global HR Shared Services on all HR matters
- Work locally and globally on HR projects and initiatives when needed
- HR cover during absences of other team members within the boundaries of the own role
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors’ degree in HR, Business IT or any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in data administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel (V Lookups, Pivot Tables, statistical analysis, etc), PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI etc
- Working knowledge of any HRIS (eg: Oracle, SAP, etc)
- Working knowledge of dashboards and data visualization software will be an added advantage
- Ability to maintain, analyse and report on data at a high standard
- Meticulous and attention to detail, with a strong sense of urgency
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to relate well with others at all levels, work independently and as part of a team
