Job Description Up to $4.5K per month HR Administrator (Renewable)East Side Mon to Fri (Office Hours)Coordinate interview schedules for panel interviews, case studies, and external agency candidates Assist with posting jobs on job portals and LinkedIn platforms as needed Support recruiters with data management, providing weekly updates to track role closures and candidate statuses Manage distribution and collection of consent forms for background checks Collaborate with recruiters to gather necessary information for background screening submissions Communicate with external vendors to ensure background checks are completed on time and update recruiters accordingly Work with recruiters to prepare accurate offer letters and draft contracts for review Generate reports on TA activities and support special projects within HR or Talent Acquisition Potentially assist with sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or research activities to identify career opportunities for new hires Help draft HR documents such as confirmation, salary revision, promotion, and termination letters Maintain and update employee records in HR systems Manage digital personnel files and ensure proper documentation Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and offboarding procedures Oversee exit procedures, including clearance and documentation collection Assist with payroll data preparation, including new hires and departures Keep HRIS and related systems current with accurate data Produce HR reports regularly Support system audits and assist with system upgrades or implementations Handle office supplies, pantry stock, mail, and organize company events Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care Job Requirements Min Diploma or ITE certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Min 1 to 3 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles Demonstrated background in administrative tasks, ideally within an HR setting Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable about HR systems By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
