DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager, Programme Sales (6-month contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with sales and marketing functions
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and advice on our courses
- Handle both in-bound and out-bound customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to resolve customer feedback and issues and escalate them if necessary to senior management
- Manage and minimise class cancellation, maintain a minimum sign up of 10 participants for each module
- Able to identify marketing channels for programmes, strategic partnerships, and events
- Assist with the development of customer relationship journey for both B2B and B2C
- Understand competitors’ offerings for the same and new programmes and be able to analyse and define market demand
- Good writing skills and meticulous with proofreading content
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Able to work in fast-paced and self-directed environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills
- Good understanding of marketing via various digital platforms
- Possess good level of written, communication and interpersonal skills
