DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (6-month contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the FIT (Finance and Technology) pillar in business planning and program development.
- Submission of courses to TPGateway, monitoring course approval status and maintaining records.
- Creating course runs on CABS, managing course transfers and deferments.
- Follow-up with the team and internal colleagues on course sign up status and course confirmation with trainers.
- Coordination with industry partners and government agencies on essential documentations for reporting and funding purposes.
- Ensure timely update on SMU website, government portals.
- Perform general office administration duties such as department purchases and minutes taking.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in the education sector and programme co-ordination will be advantageous.
- Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
- A team player who is meticulous, takes initiatives and able to multi-task.
