DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (1-year contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate experience in learning management system (LMS) including user and system administration, database reporting, configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Analyse data and recommend solutions to track online training and measure performance to meet business objectives of the business unit
- Manage approval of online course registration and ensure that participants meet the requirements for individual courses
- Support operations in LMS, including account provisioning and access, user permissions and liaison with trainers and partners to create and update teaching resources on the LMS prior to the start of the training and during training
- Work directly with trainers and participants to resolve LMS-related technical issues
- Maintain procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of systems/networks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in the education sector and programme co-ordination will be advantageous
- Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly analytical
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Able to work independently while supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is meticulous, takes initiatives and able to multi-task
