**Context of the role**:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be accountable for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives while ensuring a high level of customer service when promoting Contour’s products and strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospecting, identifying, and nurturing business relationships and leads in assigned portfolios to generate new business for the sales team.- Partner closely with our Business Development and Sales Operations teams and consult with other team members to ensure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction.
- Communicate consistently with clients throughout the sales & relationship lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce automation tools to efficiently manage your activities and capture account and contact related information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience working in an inside sales capacity, preferably in a business-to-business SAAS or software sales organization.
- Proven track record of quota and goal achievement.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
