Sales Development Representative
AI Automation Agency is seeking a driven and talented Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by sourcing leads, scheduling sales calls, identifying potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new clients
- Research accounts and identify key decision makers to target
- Schedule sales calls and demos to pitch our AI automation solutions to prospects
- Manage lead follow-up and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Update CRM after calls to document interactions
- Work closely with Sales Team to develop new business and hit monthly/quarterly quotas
- Participate in weekly team huddles to align on sales strategies and tasks
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to independently source and qualify leads
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Persistent follow-up skills and account management experience
- Strong time management and organization skills
This is a 100% commission-based role to start, with uncapped earning potential. After consistently demonstrating success, promotion to a full-time Sales Lead with base salary + commission + benefits is achievable within 3 months.
