**Finance Executive MNC / Healthcare Equipment / 6 mths Contract)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support forecasting of order backlog and quick turnover
- Follow up with Malaysia and local Logistics team for any long outstanding deliveries
- Flag and analyze orders with negative margin
- Follow up with Malaysia Logistics team on issues highlighted in GR/IR (goods-receipt/invoice-receipt) report and Billing due list, as well as other adhoc operational topics
- Preparation of monthly business reports (i.e. Product Business Analysis Report, Partners Special Price Tracking Report)
- Raise debit memo for HQ cost recovery
- Support team members in month end closing (i.e. raise journal vouchers, GR posting, WEBCYCLE Invoices)

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma and equivalent in Business Management or Accounting and Finance
- Number of experience -2-3 years
- Specific technical/ soft skills - MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP

**Other Information**

Working Hours : 9 am - 6 pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location : MacPherson (Near Potong Pasir MRT)
