Macpherson, Singapore Excel Marco Industrial Systems Pte Ltd Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts of which not limited to handle daily accounting operational functions, processing accounts receivables, accounts payable, journals, fixed assets registered, and reconciliations etc
  • Prepare management accounts, reports and schedules in a timely manner
  • Review and process staff claims, handle petty cash claims
  • Prepare and file quarterly GST returns
  • Assist in monitoring and preparing of cashflow forecast and planning and banking related matters
  • Assist in tax related matters such as, withholding taxes, yearly income tax computation, statutory audits and preparing financial statements
  • Ensure proper documentations, compliance to accounting policies and standard operating procedures
  • Able to liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous, responsive, adaptable and possess positive attitude with sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Excellent in planning, organizing and taking initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently as well a team player
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
