We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing full-time team

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the organisation’s day-to-day financial operations, and support the Finance Manager in all financial and administrative matters within the organisation. You will be in charge of the accurate input and processing of our financial documents, and oversee the tracking of all financial transactions within the organisation. You will report directly to the Finance Manager.

**A typical week at work involves**
- Processing of invoices and tax deduction receipts, organising and ensure proper uploads of records
- Generating and preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Analysing of financial expenditure against the budget
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager for any other ad-hoc accounting functions i.e. Creation of payment and receipts vouchers in excel, processing payments, reimbursements to staff and handles the Director’s claims
- Various Reconciliations - Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Sales Invoice Reconciliation within various ecommerce platforms (i.e. Shopify, Paypal, Braintree and Amazon), Reconciliation of fulfilment expenses
- Other finance related tasks assigned by supervisor

**What working with us looks like**

**By the end of your first month,**
- You would have a good understanding of the ins-and-outs of the Company’s various financial procedures
- You would have established a basic understanding and relationship with staff team members and their respective job scopes and roles
- You would have a clear view on what you would like to achieve for the organisation in the short and long-term

**By the end of your sixth month,**
- You would be the go-to person for all financial documentation, tracking and accounting
- You would have established some processes in the management of invoices and tax deduction receipts, and assist in the monitoring and analysis of Maneuver Marketing’s financial expenditure against the budget
- You would be able to independently administer banking transactions and process payments, reimbursement to staff

**By the end of your first year,**
- You should be able to prepare audit schedules for financial auditing
- Able to work with external auditors with mínimal supervision
- Review monthly financial statements (i.e. income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss statements) from outsourced accounting firm for accuracy of accounting records
- You would hold an expert understanding of our financial processes, and be able to support in improving our processes through the regular review and revision of Maneuver Marketing’s financial manuals
- You would have a clear grasp of expectations in financial reporting, and be confident in supporting and working with external parties on our finance procedures eg. external auditors and stakeholders
- You would play a key part in the organisation’s forecasting and preparation of budget, and be able to provide key insights to the management team using existing financial data and records

- You will build a portfolio understanding how to drive financial processes in the e-commerce space
- You will interface regularly with various stakeholders within the team as you work with each department on their day-to-day

- You will have a chance to explore other competencies in using financial management tools

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of either of these experiences: AP, AR, General Ledger, Journal Entry.
- Proficient in using Google Cloud Applications (i.e. Google Drive, Google Docs) and Excel
- Proficient in the management of financial accounts
- Good understanding of principles of accounting, as well as knowledge in reporting and financial processes
- Passionate about finance operations

**Bonus Requirements**
- Experience in the e-commerce space, understanding of local statutory requirements preferred
- Knowledge of Xero is preferred
- Enjoy a fast-paced working and learning environment
