We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be hybrid.
**Global Rewards and Benefits Manager**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- ** Global rewards and benefits projects**: Management of international projects in own area of responsibility such as performing ad-hoc market pricing and pay range analysis to informed compensation structures.
- ** Train HR and management on compensation philosophy, strategy, and practice. **Support regional HR Business Partners on complex offer letters and international transfers.
- ** Optimization of rewards and benefits processes**: Designing and implementing measures to continuously improve rewards and benefits processes on a global and local level using DBS methodologies. In this role, this is ensured through the development and implementation of analyses and simulations in the area of Rewards & Benefits, including the derivation of recommendations and their implementation, including communication. Share best practices across countries.
- ** Annual compensation cycle**: Responsible for the global annual compensation cycle including the Incentive Compensation Plan and Equity Process.
- ** Global Rewards and Benefits Policies**: Creating and implementing global or local Compensation & Benefits policies and advising local HRs on compensation and benefits matters. Escalate concerns and provide “voice of customer” to corporate partners regarding benefit offerings and vendor service levels.
- ** Global Mobility**: Organization and implementation of secondments in partnership with Danaher preferred supplier (and advising on transfers, including tax and social security aspects.
- ** Tax compliance**: Global management and assurance of the tax treatment of Danaher equity plans as well as coordination with tax advisors and local payrolls.
- ** Position evaluations**: Ensuring efficient execution of job evaluations and regular review including updating job title guidelines Appling the Global Career and Reward Framework, providing guidance to the organization around job mapping and leveling and participate in GCRF governance.
**Your Profile**:
- Possess a degree e with at least 5 years of professional experience in HR or Rewards and Benefits
- Proven expertise in a range of compensation topics, such as incentive and equity plans, rewards programs, global mobility and knowledge of relevant IT tools (e.g., Workday)
- Knowledge of compensation practices and principles and the changing global regulatory landscape
- Excellent analytical skills and translations of insights into executive summary templates (proficiency in relevant MS Office tools).
- Good knowledge of international tax topics
- Relevant project management and change management experience
- Proficient in the use of DBS/Lean tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with business partners at all hierarchical level.
