**The Opportunity**
As a creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, you will have the chance to guide unusual solutions for the largest client experience problems. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems. You will tailor use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of Digital Transformation in the customer's daily work stream. In this role, you will master the challenges faced within key industries as well as the Experience Cloud architecture and how it helps clients meet these challenges.
**What You'll Do**
- Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision that matches clients’ objectives and solves their business issues
- Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
- The Solution Consultant must be able to articulate the technology and solution positioning of some or all of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Support customer retention efforts through workshops and other value realization activities.
**What You Need to Succeed**
- 4-8 years experience in software vendor or SaaS technical sales, preferably selling Ad Tech and Martech solutions with strong ability to explain the use of these solutions for customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Experience with any of the component solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud is a big plus.
- Strong account management skills and experience working with large and complex customer organisations
- Knowledge of latest trends and issues in data-driven marketing, marketing technology and advertising technology is required.
- Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Oracle Marketing Cloud is a big plus.
- Be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player
- Understanding of technical sales techniques and processes; high level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge (Value-based/Solution Selling preferred)
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
