Manage and responsible for all aspects related to Affiliate Program to ensure increase of number of Affiliate Merchants locally and also increase of revenue via Affiliate Program.
- Generate strategic ideas and planning to boost sales and commission of Affiliate Program. and create awareness for Partn Affiliate Program which in turn drive MASG branded products and MASG Unfranchise Business
- Work closely with existing merchants on marketing activities/promotion/campaign to drive sales
- Work closely with new merchants and involved in supporting setup, integration, testing and digital marketing task for assigned merchants
- Manage all task and activities related to Affiliate Program department.

**Skills/Education/Experience**:

- Degree holder preferably in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field internet marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Affiliate Marketing Industry and 3 years working experience in management position
- Knowledge in Online sales and Marketing, website promotion, e-commerce marketing or affiliate marketing will be advantage
- Initiative, independent and resourceful with marketing senses and business awareness
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Good presentation skills, service attitude and problem solving skills
- Positive thinking; establish/maintain rapport with Distributors while maintaining professionalism even under pressure and difficult situation
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin in view of communication with clients/ Distributors
- Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrix organizational structure
