**Job Summary**

Purpose of job:
Assist in implementing programmes for Family, Children and Youth.

**Key Responsiblities**
- Plan, coordinate and conduct programmes for family, children and youth.
- Support the coordination and management of volunteers to ensure effective program delivery.
- Provide support in our Assistance & Referral services
- Attend to clients’ needs (e.g. phone call enquiries, walk-ins, home visits if required).
- Design and create FCY newsletter and engaging marketing materials, including posters, flyers and other collateral, to promote programs and initiatives effectively.
- Provide support with data collection, data entry and administrative tasks related to FCY programme and services.Any other duties as assigned by Manager/Programme Executive.

**Competencies**
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A love for children with a cheerful personality to interact with them.
- Good facilitation skills in conducting programmes/sessions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
